This error message might be related either to your phone's Internet connection or to work we are doing on our server and your app will work again after the maintenance is done.
If the problems persists, you may try the following:
If you are using Android:
- Go to the Settings of your phone
- Choose the Application Manager
- Select the Trax App
- Tick Clear Data / Force Stop
If this does not solve the problem or if you are using iOS, please simply delete and re-install the app on your phone.
