If you have lost your tracker's ID and/or PIN, please follow these steps:
If you have ordered via our webshop
Please send an email to email@example.com from the email address the order was placed with or provide the name and the order number of the person who bought your device. We will also need your Trax Serial Number.
If you have bought it from another channel (e.g. Amazon, Net-On-Net, etc.)
Please send your tracker’s Serial Number and proof of purchase (e.g. invoice, receipt, purchase confirmation) via email to firstname.lastname@example.org.
