Error message in iOS: Incorrect Tracker ID / PIN. Please try again.
Solution: Please verify that the Tracker ID (15 digits, not to be confused with the 8-digit Serial Number) and PIN (4 digits) are correct by comparing them with the codes you received with Trax. Please also check that you are entering the Tracker ID in the first field and the PIN below.
